Eminem's childhood home, featured on the cover of his "The Marshall Mathers LP" album, is for sale via the Michigan Land Bank website.
The Land Bank website doesn't appear to ask for a minimum bid on the property (parcel number ) and mentions that a $35 processing fee is assessed if your offer is accepted.
Property records obtained by MLive Detroit show the home has been in the Land Bank's possession since Oct. 5,
